An opportunity for renewal and transformation 

For the most part, we tend to resist change. It is uncomfortable. It can make us feel disoriented and

off-kilter. On the other hand, change and transition can be invigorating. For many organizations, it can be a time for renewal and even transformation. Whether it is a long time leaders’ departure, a restructuring of the board or even a reorientation of strategy, if managed thoughtfully and respectfully, change can bring fresh energy and renewed mission focus to an organization.
